How to place an order:
We offer many different options when it comes to placing your order

Order through our secure shopping cart on this website

Order by email at

Order by phone at 203-583-8154 leave a message with the following info: item, the scent of the item, quanity and an email address so we can email you an invoice.

Privacy Policy:
The Bath & Body Boutique will always respect your privacy.

Your email address and any personal information will only be used for processing your order and will never be sold or shared with an outside company.

All personal information will be held in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will only request the following information about you:
Your Name
Email Address
Telephone (incase of problem with your order)
Credit/Debit Card Details (collected by Pay Pal on their secure server)

We may use technology and/or cookies to track visitors who visit our website.

Payment Information:

Payment is expected at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. Payments can be made through our secure shopping cart or by telephone. Payments are in US funds only.

Currently we accept all forms of payment through PayPal, including credit cards.

We also accept personal checks and money orders made payable to:

Orders will be held until your check clears our bank. Please note that we wll only hold orders for 10 days, after the 10th day if payment is not received we will assume you have cancelled your order.

Shopping cart figures shipping based on weight, when possible orders will be shipped at flat rate shipping and a refund will be gladly given if we can ship your items cheaper than what the cart figures.

All Sales are Final, returns are not accepted.
No cash refunds. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product.
Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. We cannot replace items or issue a store credit for any product due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.
